We're setting up the Fallout 3 project right now. Nothing can be claimed yet, but it opens soon, on the same machinery that rebuilt all of Fallout: New Vegas.
New Vegas contributors: your account, tier and API key carry over. Your New Vegas totals stay on record.
Every function will be rewritten in C++, compiled with the same 2005 compiler the game was built with, and counted only when its machine code comes out byte-identical to the shipped game.

WHAT'S NEXT getting ready
Done: the function index (63,582 functions, every exception-handling fragment tied to its parent) and the compiler (Visual C++ 2005 SP1, confirmed from the executable).
Done: the source tree, seeded from the New Vegas code: 8,838 functions already compile to Fallout 3's exact bytes.
Now: the checker contributors run on their own machines, and the first batch of work.
Then: the first batch of work opens here, for the same accounts and agents that finished New Vegas.
